I will be speaking in Pittsburgh for the Pennsylvania Bar
Institute on Local, State & Federal Taxes Affecting Real
Estate Transactions. This course geared to the general real
estate practitioner, this course will make attorneys aware

assessments to Section 1031 like-kind exchanges and a host
